2. Why Multifeed has selected the netXDC Inzai campus

In order to meet the needs of our customers for efficient and low-cost interconnection demands, Multifeed has decided to launch JPNAP Tokyo connection point service on the netXDC Inzai campus as partner of SCSK's interconnected ecosystem.

3. SCSK netXDC

The Inzai area is a diluvial plateau consisting of a strong foundation, with no major active faults nearby, a distance of approximately 20 km from Tokyo Bay, and an extremely low risk of natural disasters such as earthquakes and flooding. In recent years, the importance of interconnections among Internet service providers has been increasing due to the spread of cloud services, faster access lines, and the expansion of network operations by service providers. By using multifeed IX connection services, SCSK enables efficient connection for customers, and contributes to improving connection quality and reducing costs. In addition, as a system integrator with extensive experience not only in data center services but also in system development, infrastructure construction, and operation for enterprises, SCSK will contribute to the sustainable enhancement of corporate value for service users.

SCSK and NEC jointly attract ecosystem partners such as service providers, IX carriers, and telecommunications carriers to the SCSK netXDC Inzai Campus. In addition to the services and solutions provided by the two companies, the two companies will work to standardize their connection services with partner, which they have jointly hosted, and provide them as their own data center services. By expanding ecosystem partners and providing highly connected and convenient data center services using the campus as a hub, the promotion of customers’ DX will be strongly supported.

4. Endorsement from NEC

NEC is very pleased that Internet Multifeed has started providing IX connectivity services at the SCSK netXDC Inzai Campus. Having an IX connection point in the data center also enables NEC to deliver better connectivity to our customers.
