MFEED Revises Fees for MultiFEED JPNAP and MultiFEED JPNAP Osaka Services

INTERNET MULTIFEED CO. ("MFEED"; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koichi Suzuki) announced today that effective Wednesday, February 1, 2006, the company will revise its fees for the GbE and FE ports in the MultiFEED JPNAP service (JPNAP) and the MultiFEED JPNAP Osaka service (JPNAP Osaka), the company's distributed Internet exchange (IX) services.

JPNAP and JPNAP Osaka are distributed IX services. In Tokyo, JPNAP is provided from two locations: the NTT Otemachi Building and the Tokyo Sankei Building. In Osaka, JPNAP Osaka is provided from two locations as well: the NTT Telepark Dojima No. 1 Building and the NTT Telepark Dojima No. 3 Building. MFEED has revised these fees as indicated below in order to make these services available to a greater number of customers.

1. New fees for the JPNAP service

(1) GbE port

• Initial fee 100,000 yen
• Basic monthly fee 800,000 yen (700,000 yen for each additional port)
  <Previously 1,000,000 yen for the 1st port; 900,000 yen for each additional port>

(2) FE port

• Initial fee 100,000 yen
• Basic monthly fee 350,000 yen
  <Previously 500,000 yen for the 1st port; 400,000 yen for each additional port>

2. New fees for the JPNAP Osaka service

(1) GbE Port

• Initial fee 100,000 yen
• Basic monthly fee 800,000 yen (700,000 yen for each additional port)
  <Previously 800,000 yen for each port>

(2) FE Port

• Initial fee 100,000 yen
• Basic monthly fee 350,000 yen
  <Previously 450,000 yen for each port>

3. Start date for new fees

February 1, 2006
