Internet Multifeed to Launch 100 Gigabit Ethernet (100GbE) Ports for JPNAP Services

Internet Multifeed Co. (MF), the largest Internet Exchange Point in Asia, announced today that the company will offer 100Gigabit Ethernet ports at JPNAP Tokyo I and JPNAP Tokyo II service beginning July 2012, becoming the first IX in Asia to roll out 100Gigabit Ethernet interface.

With Internet traffic in Japan steadily growing, the demand for larger capacity from ISPs and Content Providers have been increasing.
